Last week I listened to one of the best books in my life,
"The 5 Second Rule" by Mel Robbins, which has nothing to do with eating food you've dropped on the ground. It does have to do with a simple, life changing trick that took my life to the next level. If there was ever a time you impulsively listened to me without question, this would be it: buy the book and read it immediately.
In the 2.5 days it took me to listen to it, my world completely changed for the better. As a result, this week I'm mentally exhausted keeping up with the dozens of opportunities, several of which are ironically on sleep health. But no matter what, I've gotten 7-8 hours of sleep and shot out of bed like a rocket 5-4-3-2-1 BLAST OFF at 5am. Recommend the book if you're looking to switch up to an amazing life.
Psst... I'm not paid to endorse Mel or her book. I genuinely want you to enjoy the magic of it.
I don't right know who scheduled (said in a British accent - reason revealed at the bottom of the email) International Sleep Day on Saint Patrick's Day. Seems a bit daft given the fact many will be out celebrating until the wee hours of the morning. If you choose to drink beer, avoid the green beer as it's dyed with a petroleum product. All that aside, sleep is important so let us celebrate International Sleep Day.

Focus to Get Good Sleep
Peak Sleep - GREAT article by Acupuncturist Stacy Davis of Peak Oriental Medicine in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Eye opening content that gives you a brand new perspective on sleep.
If you're looking to really and truly focus on getting quality sleep, I highly recommend checking out my colleague from all the way across the ocean blue, Sleep Expert Christine Hansen's FREE 5 Day Sleep Challenge. I've learned a lot since meeting Christine and today that included the perk of a perfectly timed 20 minute power nap.
Wishing you a happy, healthy, well-nourished and well-rested weekend,
